Testosterone is always in the body whether you're male or female. Female naturally have less, well a lot less. However, if you are referring to taking anabolic substances and having more than normal, It can be up to a month. They do not typically test for anabolic use in normal people since it is extremely expensive to test for and it is hard to tell the difference in the normal amount and the extra amount you may have taken through other means. I would not worry about it unless you are a major athlete and people suspect that you are using anabolic substances. Last year I had to go to a Urologist because they thought I had a tumor. It turned out to be calcifications and scarring from my vasectomy. Anyway I have low testosterone so I had been using AndroGel. I asked my renowned Urologist what would happen if AndroGel got on my Penis and he said it would actually grow. There really are no truly effective pill forms of testosterone. It is broken down too quickly by the liver when taken orally. There is a product called testosterone undecanoate which can be taken by pill, but it is considered to be an inefficient method of administration. There are chemical modifications which have been done to make oral steroid drugs, but they are not the same as normal testosterone and can have much more severe side effects like liver problems. Testosterone is normally prescribed in topical gel or cream form these days, and otherwise by injection. All forms can be prescribed and must be in order to be legal in the U.S. at least. Testosterone and its derivatives are Schedule III drugs and therefore restricted in the same ways as codeine etc.

No, the other way around. Higher testosterone levels will increase sperm.

A differing view is that testosterone is absorbed by some soft tissues in the body. it is a fact that women do get a boost in Testosterone from semen during sex, They also pick up testosterone from deep (french) kissing a man.

So if that is so & it is, Semen in the mouth will allow for the absorption of Testosterone. Swallowing, probably not, the acid in the stomach will break down the Testosterone.
