Tupac didn't make his beats, he worked with Music Producers who made them for him [ie. Dr. Dre, QD3 (Quincy Jones' Son), Johnny J, etc.].
There are occasions where you do hear of rappers making or "co-producing" their own beats. So, if you ever do find a song sung by Tupac, Produced by Tupac let me know first! :)

In November 1993, Shakur and others were charged with sexually abusing a woman in a hotel room.

No, he was shot by persons (as yet still unidentified) who pulled up alongside his car in a white Cadillac in Las Vegas NV. "Biggie" was strongly implicated as were several Crips allegedly hired to pull off the 'hit' but no conclusive proof has been forthcoming.
