Unless your bill is either

(a) a brown or yellow seal WWII note and/or

(b) in uncirculated condition,

it's probably not going to be worth trying to sell it. Despite its age these bills are very common among collectors and a dealer is unlikely to pay more than about $2 for it.

If it meets either of the two criteria, though, it would be worth enough to make selling it realistic. You could consign it at auction, sell on eBay, or simply take it to a currency dealer. You'd only get a wholesale price from a dealer so you'd have to weigh the "hassle factor" of selling it privately.

The 1934 series of $1 bills didn't include any "lettered" versions. The series letter, if any on a bill appears next to or below the date. You may be looking at a plate letter, part of the serial number, or some other security feature.

The 1934 series only ran one year. It was replaced the next year with a revised bill dated 1935; these DID include an F series as well as G and H.

There were no series letters on any 1929-dated US bills. A large "G" indicates that the bill was distributed through the Chicago Federal Reserve District.

The question isn't clear. There were no 1919-dated $2 bills, and there is nothing called a "dime $2 bill".

No, because there are no genuine $1 million bills. All so-called "million-dollar" bills are simply novelty items that sell for a few bucks in gift shops. Anyone trying to spend one as if it were real currency is subject to prosecution.

Please check the banner across the top of the bill's front. It shows that your bill is a United States Note, not a silver certificate. The last $2 SC's were printed at the end of the 19th century.

Everyone one can say for certain what will happen to paper money in the future. The best that can be said right now is that any $20 Federal Reserve Note will be worth at least face value because the US has never withdrawn any FRNs or silver certificates from circulation regardless of their age. Please check your bill again and post a new, separate question. No US bills were dated 1937 and the last $100 silver certificates were printed back in 1891.

These bills are not rare. In circulated condition they have no extra value. Even uncirculated, they retail for at most $1 more.

"FW" on any US bill, not just $20, indicates it was printed at the Fort Worth printing plant. The main printing facility is located in Washington, DC.

Silver certificates were printed in blue, not red, although some from wartime issue were printed in yellow/brown. Red serial numbers and seal indicate a United States Note.
