Wow you guys suck this questions been up for 2 or 3 months now with no answer anyways i finally figured it out myself (hopefully) but its useless to me now cuz the map i needed this for bugged and i lost all my work on it except for the map design minus the boundaries. anyways for those who want to know how you cant do it to a unit itself so all units are partly invisible of that type without triggers. the trigger you use to change the visibility is animation - change unit vertex coloring. have fun makin ghosts ^-^

Using the Warcraft Map Editor, and assuming that Naga models are available in the game, it is possible to make Naga playable. Since they don't have any producing buildings or gathering peons/peasants, you would need to assign this function to another unit or give them the gathering units as slaves.

It is possible to assign an action to spawn a certain creature (such as Naga, or any other related creature you want to use as specialized unit) with a resource cost. With some effort it is thus possible to create an entire tech tree as well, it just requires good knowledge of the scripting system.

If all you want to do is see other windows occasionally then just use Alt Tab.

The only way I can think of would be to alter the shortcut to the game to run in compatability mode, and then selecting Run in Window.

I hated this game because you couldn't play as Garithos,Mannoroth,Archimonde,Admiral Proudmoore,Tichondruis,Cenaruis,Uther,Detheroc,Balnazzar,Mal'Ganis,Kel'Thuzad Necromancer,Doom Guards and the Undead green units.

Plus Arthas kills his father is so pathetic.

You can make bots it's just a long and pain staking project, and you need to know what you are doing, you should just go download one, it's much better.
