simply copy the embeded code and paste it in the HTML view in wordpress.

YouTube will give you the code to imbed a video in your wordpress post or page

The BUOajz7y5Pw is the id of the video in youtube. You can also control the size of the video on your web page by changing the value of the width and height parpameters.

1. wordpress.com for a free hosted blog or

2. download it from wordress.org and upload to your webserver.

Then follow installation steps.

1. Go to the wordpress site and register an account (it's free) then

One of the easiest ways is to change your sidebar to widgets and then use the text widget to add photos.

You can also use one of the many phot plugins and one of the best is probably next gen gallery which adds a widget you can use to put graphics in the side bar.
