Hit 3 pineapples in a row. To do this, you first go to classic mode or practice mode and when the first pineapple comes up, slice it. If another doesn't come, restart the game and wait for 2 pineapples to come up. Then a bomb should appear. You have to hit the third pineapple and then you SHOULD get the blade. This may help but may not.
