ok first off it takes a whole long time to make a video game like clubpenguin. and it costs at lest 10,00 Dollars i figure your at least 10- 16 trying to make a video game and a 2 player multiplayer game is the hardest games to game you would need a team of people and 30,000 dollars or more to pay them not to mention update costs i figure 40,000 and in total 100,00 dollars at least because you would need an animation artist graphics people video game coders item coders and there are so many other jobs so i would stick to clubpenguin or to make a one player computer game not online get rpg maker

Domain Name

Art Supply to draw the animations/Cartoons yourself, at first.

A USB Tablet

A drawing program (GIMP is great because its free)

Also, there are a few things required before you start it:

Drawing Skills

Lots of money saved up

Experience in HTML, CSS, and PHP, also computers, of course.

I suggest you learn all those before you try this out.

I don't think you can make the game, but I bet you could make an account on it.

Click on the 'Play Now!' button and then press on the 'Create a Penguin' button to make an account... you can do the rest yourself, it's easy!
