Several distinct forms of periodontal disease are known. These
are gingivitis, acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis, adult
periodontitis, and localized juvenile periodontitis
Periodontal is a gum disease. Bacteria build up on the gums where the gums are attached to the tooth. It can be seen as a thick sticky layer which becomes a part of the tooth but different in color. It ruins the smile and harm your tooth and gums very much. It is a result of bad oral hygiene, not properly brushing and flossing the teeth.
