One person starts (by choice.) punches as hard as they can on the other players areas such as the arms, legs, or gut. (but officially can't hit the gut.) Then the next person punches as hard as they can then compare the pain by: sissing out, tears, painful reactions on the face or punched area, ows or other words by one player, or other things that the players do.
