That depends on which Aunt you are referring to. You would say the following:
Teta - For Aunts you are related to by blood like your Dad's sister or Mom's sister. You can also use this to refer to a friend of the family you are not related to
Strina - Used for your uncle's wife when your uncle is your dad's brother
Ujna - Used for your uncle's wife when your uncle is your mom's brother
