In Denver, CO at their Flagship store: $8.50 an hour. All sales associates start at that rate. No increase the first year you are there. You do everything from being a sales associate for a specific department, a cashier, stocking (includes pulling stock), signage, and get carts from the parking lot if requested, etc. Quick 2-day training program. No department training, it's only on-the-floor training (a bit hard on the customer). Great job for someone who wants to get a well-rounded, ground floor experience for working in retail management for a career.
