Russians wear clothes. Nice ones. After Russia became a free-market nation and things like nice clothes, cosmetics and fashion magazines became available, Russian women (who are generally quite beautiful) found that fashion is fun and got into it. The days when clothes were in short supply, made from gray fabric and looked like the bag you brought them home in because color and cut were considered decadent are gone. Anything you'd see on the streets of Paris, you'll see on the streets of St. Petersburg.
Russians in fact still wear clothing to this day, and they wear clothing no different from that of clothing in the USA or the UK.
