if the extension of 6400 to create a full circle is 1.0826 is your answer, then 1.0186 would not fill that gap, but using the formula VI/RG(1.000) X 1.0186 = absolute angle of Sight, this would be assumed that 1.0186 is the approximate speed that...

the earth spins per second while the round is in the air. I did the math and its approximately 1.02 meters per second that the earth moves under the round. This would show that SGF is not the connection of a full circle that 6400 does not encompass..

So im wrong lol. I mean were all wrong. 6400 mills is a full circle. 6283 is the nato recognized mills in a circle. Applying 1.0186 brings you to 6399.8 mills to create the approximate 6400 mills in a full circle #embarrassing
