No, there is no way. Sony were going to set up a program to allow people to trade the games in for credit on the PSP Go, but they never put it in place. Partly because they never intended to make all games available on the PSN in the first place.

Yes you go into PSP-GAME-SAVEDATA, then copy the file with weird numbers and paste it on the other psp's memory in the same directory

If you're asking whether you can play UMD games in PSP GO, the answer is, no you can't.
There's no UMD on the PSP Go. So you can only download games and play them on the PSP GO.

No, you can however activate both PSPs with the same PlayStation Network account, then re-download the games on to the newly activated PSP.

Unfortunately there's no way to get UMD versions of games onto the PSP Go. But if you've purchased any on the PSN, these can be loaded onto the GO by way of the Media Go! tool.
