You cannot, there are augments for weapons that make you more resistant to scarring, but the ones you have will never go away. There is also weapons that make you appear to be more beautiful, but you will still see the scars...

∙ 12y agoI don't believe you can heal scars. Try buying health potions so you don't die if you want to avoid that. I easily played through the game my first time without dying even once. There is, however, a weopan you can buy at the Bowerstone blacksmith that has the ability to make you loose weight upon equipping (in case anyone was interested...)
use health to heal yourself, but the scar you get after you become king or queen will never dissappear, you cant heal it.
