(Speaking only Modern Universe games) Maria, but not in a sexual way because she's his sister (her father Gerald created him, making Gerald his father and Shadow Maria's brother.) Rather you like it or not, SonAmy isn't canonically happening because, well... Sonic has made it very obvious he doesn't like Amy that way (he doesn't blush, he's held her at bay, he sighs, he rolls his eyes), however Shadow he constantly picks on, showing signs kind of like couples do. Sonic has also made a few hidden moves at Shadow (if you pay attention, like in TSR, how he smiles at Shadow, his voice in the games also becomes slightly different when speaking to Shadow.) Sonic wouldn't even attack Phantom Shadow in Forces, why though? Perhaps he didn't want to hurt someone he cared about? His facial expressions around Shadow, like when Shadow saved him in Forces how his eyes widened. The fact that he seems to act so "casually flirty" in a sense (I mean the sound of his voice, more like a daydream), only in more recent games though, I might add, has Sonic become more seemingly interested in Shadow.
