How do you catch Reyquaza in Emerald?

First go to the Sky Tower then it is Your lucky day because i have an awesome glitch To catch Rayquaza,Have two ultra balls and then Catch an ice Pokemon(I used Kyogre for this)Then train your ice Pokemon to LV60<Use any ice moves then rayquaza have a low health,Throw an ultra Ball,Then press A and B very Fast(not while the ball is being throwed)Once its throwed<Keep pressing what i told you,then you have him,(I recommend this works on gameboy or PSP emulator)That's How,Until now i can help you so goodbye and have fun!(THIS IS NOT A HACK)

Answer: okay really all i did to get Rayqauza right off the bat was this: first get an ice pokemon(preferably Kyogre) and use ice beam. this should weaken him enough. what youre gonna want to do is try to endure the battle UNTIL RAYQUAZA USES FLY! how you do this is he'll use fly once hes in the air youll throw an ultra ball!(im not sure if this works for any ball? you could try a pokeball if you want...i really dont care.) so as i was saying before i soo rudely interruptd myself! is that once hes in the air youll miss your attack that you were gonna use originally. it will be the next turn and thats when you use the ultra ball! dont worry you'll get to throw your ball first before he gets to use fly so dont worry about him hitting you first. the way i found out about this is i tried it for the heck out it to see if it would actually be thrown at rayquaza or just say it missed or something. well what do you know it catches it the very first time i threw my ball! first you have to surf to pacifidlog town. then you have to surf to route 131 then you will see a little opening. fallow that trail then you will see land. go into the cave and go up then out of the cave. now you will see a building go in to it YOU HAVE TO HAVE A MACH BIKE. go to the top of the building go up the ramp and ther is rayquaza.

he is at the sky piller by pacificlog town, which is located on route 131. (you must have the mach bike!)
Go to the sky pillar and on the very top rayquaza will be there try catching it without the master ball remember to save the game when your about to catch it try to get the regis first then training them up to at least to level55-60 and use ancientpower. After that you go and beat the elite four and after you passed the game go the the Pokemon legue and in the battle tower 1st get the Pokemon you want to clone in your party 2nd put the Pokemon in a PC with no pokemons and put the Pokemon you wanted to clone in the PC 3rd save 4rth take out of PC do the multi link battle in Open Level 6th choose atleast the two Pokemon you wanted to clone 7th when it says do you want to save say yes BUT WHILE IT IS SAVING TURN IT OFF!!! 9th turn back on when you load you should have the Pokemon you wanted to clone cloned in your party and PC

HURRAY YOU CLONED THEM AND YOU CAN ALSO HAVE POKEMON WITH RARE ITEMS LIKE RARE CANDY AND THE RARE MASTER BALL
go to pacidiflog (what ever you call it) town and then go to the right

and use surf you will see some traners to battle then you will se a big rock

surf on the path next to it you will see another one keep going till you

see a cave go inside. its called "sky pillar" at the top is rayquaza

Yo, this is a different person, but yeah, that's all right. but, to improve it, i just wanted to say, that you can use timer balls and keep the battle going a long time, or you can use a master ball, but id save my master ball, because, im not sure, but i heard of a Pokemon cloning thing, where you can clone Pokemon and there held items, you can look it up, but im not sure. but im sure about catching rayquaza!

First you must be the Pokemon champion, and after that train your starter Pokemon to around levels 70,75 or 80.Why such a high level?Well when you battle Rayquaza it is at level 70 it knows Rest,Fly,Outrage and Extreme Speed.

Okay now you know about Rayquaza let us get on to where is the legendary beast.Now Fly to Pacifidlog town and Surf off the east coast and go to the rocks above you.Keep going up-right on the rocks until there is a small entrance in the rocks and go there.You will see an island and go inside that is Sky Pillar.

Things to bring with you:

1.level 70,75 or 80 Pokemon

2.20-30 Ultra Balls

3.10-20 Timer Balls

4.5-10 Revives

5.10-15 Full Restores

6.Few more extra level 50-60 Pokemon

(in case your starter has fainted)

7.Mach Bike

Go To The Sky Tower Use Mach Bike Inside The Tower Cause There Are Cracks That Make you Fall To The Previous Floor Until You Reach The Top Of The Tower Rayquaza Will Be There And You Can Now Catch It, But If You Defeated It You May Never See It Again.
