How do you change costumes in Mortal Kombat armagedon?

You have to press strart when you go to select your character but you must first go to nekropolis and claim the costume. To claim costume press A on a character costume that you have unlocked from the krypt

press start on the character in the krpyt and then go in arcade mode click on the person you wanted to uses alternate costume and in fight you get to use there alternate and make a good choice

After you unlock the alternate costume for a character, got to character select and press start on the character you unlocked and yeah,you got it!

after unlocking the costumes from the krypt you go to arcade mode and select the character you want but hold down the start button to select them and you should be in the alt costume!

Move the cursor over the character you want to use and press the + button

When you have the cursor on the character you want to play as, press the + button on the remote and it will select the alternate costume

The same as all other games, move to the person you want to be and instead of pressing x you press start. TA-DA!
