How do you enchant arrows in oblivion?

In Skyrim:

To enchant you need:

• A soul gem (doesn't matter if it's filled or not)
• Any weapon (of course)
• An already enchanted item (if you don't know any enchantments)

1. Find an Arcane Enchanter (i.e. the one in Forengor's office)

2. Disenchant the enchanted item (if you don't know any enchantments)

3. Select your soul gem

4. Select the enchantment

5. Press X, Square, or E (I guess)

NOTE: A good way to get an enchanted item would be after you retrieve the Dragonstone, Jarl Balgruf will give you an enchanted battleaxe.

You can't make a weapon in Oblivion other than using a Sigil Stone to add an effect and a name to the weapon. However, if you play it on the PC, you can create one using The Elder Scrolls Construction Set. Creating a weapon in that program is easy. The tutorials will make it really simple.

You can't, unfortunately. One of the downsides to oblivion. You can loot enchanted arrows out of some marauder and bandit dungeons, but they cannot be enchanted by the player. With the official plug-ins, there are some merchants that sell restocking supplies of enchanted arrows. There may be a mod that allows the player to enchant arrows, but remember that mods are only available for the PC version.

never played it on the PC but in 360 you go to arcane university and use an altar of enchanting or if you have the wizards lair plugin then the wizard house has an altar

or you can get frost crag spire (DLC) you could find a place to download it for free on Google.....i have the 360 version and PC version i download the PC version and all the DLC's for free....so you could just get that.....it comes with a spell making and echant alter.....and and a lot more.....(other DLC's: Dun Barrow Cove, Battle Horn Castle, Merunes Razor, Horse Armor, Repairing the Orry, Deep Scorn Hollow) That's all think....

First you must find an enchanting table. They have candles and a skull around it, with glowing blue lettering on them. When you interact with it you need the following items:

1.) the item you wish to enchant.

2.) a soul gem filled with a soul.

3.) an already enchanted item (find or buy).

Now you need to destroy the enchanted item first to learn it's power by disenchanting it. When you do that, you can select your wanted weapon, use the soul gem, and use the newly learned enchanted item on it. When you have the 3 together, just press craft, and it will be made.

Note: The more powerful the soul gem, the better the enchantment. Also higher level enchanting skills do the same.
