Where can you find a dragon scale in soul silver?

well u can get it but it is a little difficult.ok it is on a seadra, ANY seadra so the ONLY way on dimond is u have to catch all the seadras u can find until u get the dragon scale. so good luck!! (im also trying to get the dragon scale!)

The best way, and not wasting pokeballs!

1. Find a banette, if u don't already have one, (you find them on route 225 at night, you need to beat elite 4 to go there.)

2. Go to route 226 and put banette first in the party and use ur super rod/good rod in the watery area and some horsea/seadra will appear, if the screen says "Banette frisked and found a dragon scale" that means the seadra holds a dragon scale; however if it doesn't just run and try again, after all it's only 5% that it holds a dragon scale.

You can also faint a nincada from a gba game and put it in the first slot. THEN use the banettes frisk.

Nincada have the compoundeyes ability wich raises the percent of finding an item on a pokemon.

you cant get a dragonite at all you can buy a dratini at the game corner gift shop for 2,800 coins or catch a dratina in the safari zone with a super rod

You cannot find a dragonite as sapphire is based on the Hoen region and dragonite is found in the Jhoto region.Although..u can use GameShark codes to find dragonite as a wild pokemon. B67EB1994491FC62 this is the code..:) have fun
