You need to befriend it by feeding it and talking to it. You can watch the Animal show at 10 PM on weekdays to find out what food it likes. Then, you will have the choice to take it as your pet. Please note that if you do, it will be permanent. Also, if you say no, you can never have that animal as your pet.

Im pretty sure u have to do at least one rainbow. it will then say (when u go to bed i think) that some newcomers have come to the island and sumthing about a tailor shop. the tailor shop will open where that closed building was in waffle town next to the muringe clinic.

you drag a villager over to the bee hive, and they will see "some-one left some burned out torches here" you need a started fire, which drag the villagers to the wood pile, and another one to the dry grass next to the waterfall and then start a fire. drop them by the bee hive and they will "try an idea" then, they will take the burning torches to the bee hive and the bees will go away, there will be 1000 honey at firstm then after you harvest it all, more will eventually come, about 12 at a time appear.

I'm not at that part of virtual villagers the lost children but I'm guessing there is some kind of honeysuckle plants that you can plant and once it's fully grown drag a farmer, trainee adept or master, to that plant or plants and they will harvest it and get you honey, or you can plant flowers and bees can come and get the nectar and/or pollen and make a beehive somewhere in your village and you can drag a farmer, again, trainee adept or master, to the beehive and he/she will clean out the honey in the beehive and get your village honey. I'm not saying this is 100% true or that it will work, I'm just guessing to try to help people, and also, I like answering these Virtual Villagers: The Lost Children questions that haven't been answered!
