I belive in the japenese version only going to the moon is possible. You have to go to Mossdeep Space center and talk to a guy who tells you how many rockets have launched. When this number clears 100 you will be invited. how ever on my game the count was over 120 and i still coudnt go so im pretty sure it only works on Japanese version. by the way rocket count goes up by walking. hope this helps.

There is no way to get to space. The Space Center's rockets do not go anywhere, and anyone who tells you otherwise is spreading false rumors.

To go to outer space just beat Pokemon league after that go to the space launch section immdietly a man standing on the left side should help you
