First of all you have to complete "Team of Kakashi" (Missing-nin) and after that you have to complete de mission "Team 7 Fights as a Team" (ANBU) [Win 75 battles with any Ninja of Team 7 (Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke) versus any Mist, Sand or Sound Ninja. (75/75)]

To unlock him you must be chuunin for this glitch and when all of your characters are in a battle. sample Naruto Sakura Sasuke. When sasuke can use chidori press ready anyways and click on naruto 10 times and sakura 5 and once you win or lose the battle You will get sandaime hokage tell me if this works it worked for me now im rank hokage with all characters just because this glitch. once you unlock him when you turn into jounin you cant do the mission A True artist because it is this lock mission glitch but once you turn in to sannin you can so here is a list of people you cant unlock until you get sannin
