In fandom, lots of people say he is, and they have proof- when Metty's mask is off, he looks like Kirby in blue!
Though it hasn't been confirmed, I believe he is Kirby's dad- but that's an opinion.

∙ 10y agoIt is unknown how they are related, if they are even related at all. I really think he is, though. Meta Knight cares for Kirby as though they were. Besides, it would seem too awkward if Meta Knight was Kirby's father, and they have to be related somehow since Meta Knight knows so much about him.
On the other hand, i think differently. Meta Knight sometimes tries to kill Kirby, and just because theyre the same species means nothing. Meta knight is 50,000 years old and Kirby is around 300. I guess its possibly, but i find that unlikely

∙ 12y agoNo. They are not. In the TV Series, Meta Knight is the only Survivor of the original Star fled to and landed in town. he became king dedede's servant. Afterwards Kirby lands (crashes) in cappy town, 200 years earlier than schuelded. He is also a star warrior, but they arnt related. They are the same Spiecies.

That is wrong and uncomfirmed. They look alike and are probably the same species, but that's it. Meta knight is 50,000 years old, and Kirby is 300 years old. There is no proof anyways, and i doubt a brother would try to kill a brother. Meta Knight maybe, but since he and Kirby allied before then obviously he wouldt risk doing that. MAYBE they are, but for now it is unconfirmed and i don't think its true
