Yes, The games are Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and Metal Gear solid: Portable Ops 2, There is also a card themed MGS for the PSP which wasn't really good, But was an essential for Die Hard collectors, If you eBay them, You may be able to find them pretty cheap.

The original Metal Gear Solid (PSX) is playable on both PSP and PS3. The best handheld Metal Gear standalone titles would be MGS: Peace Walker, and MGS: Portable Ops. MGS Portable Ops Plus was trash. If your interested in the entire PSP series, take a look at Metal Gear Acid as well. Its a card game, but its an interesting title in and of itself.
