yes the code is = up right triangle triangle down left x x the cheat above in the right cheat, its a no cops cheat, to decrease wanted level, but i dont know the actual cheat! sorry you can also go to " planetgta.com " for some really good cheats

You cannot skip the missions in the game just by a cheat code.You need to download the saved files of that mission to skip it.You can download the files from the internet.Then save those files to the User files folder of vice city in my documents.
