What do you do after you beat the twins in luigi's mansion?

After power has been restored to the mansion, head back up to the balconey and proceed to try and open up the door again. This time, you won't be interrupted and will be able to continue and move further on into the final area of the mansion. Good luck!

After you beat the twins you should have in total 4 of Mario's dropped items; a Shoe, a Star, a Letter, & a Hat. You will be missing Mario's Glove.

So to get his missing glove and to move on, capture the ghost portrait of the second floor bathroom. After doing so you get the key to the billiards room and will have access to an option ghost portrait which you could either capture or skip and move onto the room beside it, the Projection Room, which holds Mario's missing Glove. Capture the ghosts of the Projection Room, collect mario's missing Glove and then head down to Madam Clairavoya to have the inscriptions of the missing items told. Take it from there and good luck ;)

Note: If you go and capture the bathroom ghost portrait before capturing the twins, then you will have a total of 5 dropped items and from there you can skip forward to taking them to Madam Clairavoya.

After any electrical surge, the power will be shut off by a device called a breaker. Consequentially, power can be restarted by accessing the "Breaker panel" Which is located somewhere in the house, and flipping the switches that automatically shut themselves off during the power surge. This is true in real life too.

Anyways, If you don't feel like looking for the panel for yourself, you can find it in the basement, in the "breaker room". Just approach the panel and flip the huge master lever. I think there's a blue ghost in there too, so be sure to grab it. You'll need to suck up Uncle (what's his name again, grimmy?) too, as E. GAD will have hopefully told you.

Also, make sure you grab any golden mice or blue ghost you might have previously missed, as they have respawned.

you go into the room with the phone's, answer the phone, it is toad calling so say that your name is luigi, then answer the other phone, it will be e. gadd, then you gotta defeat ghost.

go to the wardrobe room and turn around from the mirror to see uncle greemy and then go to the basement to turn the lights on using the breaker which is the generator on the right
