You have to go to mauville city and look to the right of the Pokemon center and go to the building farthest to the right and talk to the guy named Rydel, you can get a bike from him hope this helps!!!

∙ 14y agoYou can get a bike from a man named RYDEL in Mauville City. He is located outside or inside his store that should have a sign in front of it. He can give you a choice of 2 bikes: Mach Bike and Acro Bike. Mauville City is in between Verdanturf Town and Slateport City.

∙ 12y agoHead to vermillion city and find the Pokemon fan club inside talk to the old guy and he will ask you if you want to hear about his rapidash say yes and he will rant and rave about it and eventually he will give you the bike voucher with this go to cerulean city and head into the bike shop and give the voucher to the cashier and boom you got your bicycle.
