Why does sims 4 keep shuting down?

It's very likely that your computer does not have enough memory, the right software, or enough video card space to support the game. I know how this feels because my first two computers didn't run the game right either...very frustrating. The Sims 3 website has all the requirements your computer needs for the game if you want to check that out and see. The game has a few errors. This happened to me. Try to uninstall and reinstall. If You have a mac, make sure that the disk pops up on the scrren, before launching the game. Hope that helps. it might be your computer does not meet the system requirements for the sims 3, and it is causing your laptop to crash.

That shouldn't really happen. Make sure you have all the requirements on your computer that you need for the game. You should maybe ask the store who sold it to you for more information
