A typical earthworm, or any segmented worm is actually monoecious, meaning it has both male and female sex organs. There is no "penis" per se, the gonads, or sex organs, are held in the clitellum, the lightest segment closest to the head of the worm. In order to reproduce the worm has to attatch to another worm, and share it's genetic information and then the worm self fertilizes.
