Yes, there is a possibility of that occurring if the bite goes untreated. However, adult humans have so much body volume compared to the volume of a black widow spider bite that the venom will be too dilute to kill a healthy individual. People of low body weight (pre-adult) and people who are old and infirm are more likely to die. Nobody has died in the U.S. since anti-venoms have become available.

yes if it is a poisonous spider then it can kill you

unfortunately people have already been killed by Spiders =(

but if you see a spider just stay away from it because you dont know if its a poisonous one or not. ( and if you do then good for you )

but probably the bigger spiders are more poisonous .... but still be careful because next time you see a spider it can be a poisonous one and then it might just attack you

THOSE UGLY CREATURES ARE EVIL ! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

All spiders have fangs and venom, but not all have venom which is dangerous to anything other than very small mammals or insects. Very often a spider bite will cause nothing more than irritation or discomfort, but unless you're confident that the spider is non-venomous, you should seek medical attention as a matter of urgency.

A substance which is used to counteract the effects of a spider's venom, is called antivenin, not anti venom.

The venom of some tarantulas is very well tolerated by human beings. In those cases the mechanical damage caused by the bite may be more of a problem than the toxicity of the venom.

The venom of most tarantulas is painful, and the pain lasts for a relatively long period of time but gradually goes away leaving swelling, itchiness, etc.

The venom of some tarantulas is highly toxic to human beings, but no tarantula venom is regarded as life threatening. Intense and persistent spasms or cramping can result, and several days may elapse before the toxin is entirely cleared from one's system. There was one case reported of an infant in China being fatally bitten by a tarantula local to that infant's region, but there is no medical documentation of that claim.

Since infants and people who are old and infirm are unlikely to come into contact with tarantulas, and since tarantulas are often not inclined to bite even in the face of intense provocation, it is impossible to say that no tarantula bite can kill any human being. On the other hand, as best we know it has never been proven to have happened yet.

No. There is no spider bite that will literally kill you instantly. Some could kill you in a few hours, but not instantly.
