they only bite on rare occasions (and i mean extremely rare) but if you do get bitten , put some stuff on it then a plaster and it should be fine , its not fatal so don't worry : )
No they can not. Their fangs are too small.
They're called harvestmen and they do not bite. Actually, they are not even Spiders. DJH
No
Daddy long legs are extremely venomous, but because their fangs are to small, they cannot harm humans, and are therefore harmless :)
yes if you swallow a daddy long legs you could die
A daddy long legs is a very spindly and harmless spider. Black widow spiders, on the other hand, are thicker and extremely poisonous. People should avoid black widow spiders whenever possible.
Daddy long legs have tiny mouthparts, similar to spider fangs. They can definitely 'bite' but only to eat.
apparently it is the famous daddy long legs but there teeth are not strong enough for them to bite through the human skin i know it is quite hard to believe

The name daddy-long-legs beginning is unknown. It is suspected to have come from a book by Jean Webster about a girl in an orphanage whose benefactor is a tall man whom has long legs and she calls him Daddy Long Legs.
actually they are the most poisonous spider in the world but their fangs are too small to bite a human being so the answer is a no. Daddy long legs are not poisonous. they're teeth aren't hollow, and they have no venom.

No. Daddy long legs are not mosquitoes. Daddy long legs are arachnids (spiders) and although they are in fact quite poisenous, daddy long legs are harmless because their mouths are too small to bite. Daddy longlegs are not mosquitos, neither are they arachnids (spider) they are actually called Crane Flies, they are not poisonous. Their young, which live in the soil and feed on the roots of grasses and plants are called Leather Jackets.

Daddy long legs have poison, they gain mainly from white tails as that is there main prey, some people may say they have been bitten by daddy long legs but most of these are not true as there is another type of spider a little bit smaller but almost the exact same that is not poisonous. The only reason they are harmless to humans is because they have a very tiny mouth meaning they cannot bite a human being, even a baby.

no because they dont bite.......you should have learned this in pre-k
Spiders usually have two body-parts while daddy long-legs have only one. Daddy long-legs have a teeny body with very long and thin legs, hence the name. Some spiders might have long legs and small body but you'll never find one as scrawny as the daddy long-legs. You can find daddy long-legs in groups sometimes while spiders are always alone. Spiders defend themselves by biting. Daddy long-legs spit acid and cannot bite, they're fangs are too small to penetrate skin.
Some people say that they can't bite you because they have long legs, and if they did bite you, you would die. But I have seen someone get bitten by Daddy Longlegs and survive to tell the tale. The answer is it can kill something it's own size, but if you mean humans... than no.
