Yes. They will fight for food, hierarchy, females. and space. Females will fight for the same. You can add 'their babies' to the female list. This answer is mainly for pigs, but includes the smaller Guinea pigs, as well.

They can live together but if the chicken accidentally gets stepped on by the pig and dies then the pig might eat it your chicken. ( It happened to my poor chicken when we had a pig.)
