well its only if young children stick their hand in it and rub it in their eyes. its definitely a known disease but i don't know how common it is. I suppose if a child is in the park and it rubs its eye after playing near dogs mess then it then the parasites in the poo could make them go blind.

Yes it can if the dog is infected with threadlike worm that resides in a dog's intestine. Dogs pass the eggs in the faeces which contaminates the soil and children pick it up while playing in parks. It is called Toxocariasis an infestation of humans, usually children, with the larvae of Toxocara canis, and this can cause blindness.

it does yes, the parasites found in dog poo can make you go blind - particularly nasty for children as they get their hands into everything in the park - that is why dog owners should be responsible and pick up their dogs poo and dispose of it in the right manner

As far as I know, the answer is NO. I've tried to look it up but I haven't found any evidence to say that it does. (It probably will, of course, make you blind if you flick as much as you can in your eyes on purpose, but I doubt anyone would want to do that. Ew.)

Yes, it can make you blind. If you stick your fingers in it, not if you touch your dog who may have been rolling around in it :)
