Fungi are the primary decomposers of most ecosystems and belong to their own kingdom meaning they are not technically plants, though people tend to mistakenly consider them so. Worms, on the other hand, are animals, and cannot even be mistake for a plant.

In short, the answer to your question is no. In fact, neither of the two main groups of decomposers belong to the plant kingdom.
