A bald patch above the nose is often the result of over-grooming due to illness: the baldness happens when a rabbit is constantly bring their paws up onto their nose area because of nasal irritation (caused by illness, like snuffles or another respiratory infection; or dental disease, where the rabbit's teeth have grown up into the nasal passages; or some other problem.)
Another cause can be mites or another parasite.
If your rabbit has baldness, you should bring her to a vet who has experience and knowledge in rabbits (not all vets do).
Anytime you are concerned about your rabbits health, please have her checked by a vet! Watch the rabbit closely for other signs of illness so that you can gauge how serious the problem is. If, aside from the baldness, there are no other signs of illness, you can wait a few days until it's convenient for you to go to the vet's; but if the situation is an emergency, the rabbit needs vet care immediately.

If your rabbit is losing fur around the neck, it may have a parasite or fungus, in which case it needs to see a vet with experience and knowledge in treating rabbits.
If the rabbit is female, and she's pulling the fur out herself from below her chin (her dewlap), this means she is pregnant or having a false pregnancy.
See the related links and questions below for details.
This is called a Dewlap.
It is a fat deposit. More common in female rabbits, it is often seen in overweight males as well.
This is because the female rabbit carries its unborn offspring in a pouch (much like a kangaroo) under its neck.
Ii is called a dewlap, most does have it, it's normal

This statement can be a crass way of suggesting fellatio. Other variants of this statement are: * "How would you like to kiss a rabbit between the ears?" * "How would you like to kiss a rabbit on the nose?" All statements are typically followed by the speaking male pulling his pants pockets inside-out, making those pockets look like rabbit ears.
Because then it would be 1 foot long.
