yes i do think dogs get stung. My dog tries to catch bees in his mouth and acts like he's kinda hurt when he does get one in his mouth. they probably don't get stung very often because they don't really bother bees. like the only reason dogs would get stung is they would try to eat it, or go near a nest and start sniffing around and bothering the nest.
