I John 3, we learn that Nicodemus, a Pharisee, came to Jesus in
the night to say that he recognised that Jesus, because of the
signs and miracles, was surely of God, that he had God with him.
Jesus went on to speak to Nicodemus about the need to be "born
again" in order to see the kingdom of God.
