it depends on whether there are 6 apples in the basket before or after you took the two out... and whether the the apples in the basket are yours or not to begin with...
possible answers:
2 (if you count the apples that you have at hand)
4 (if you are counting the apples in the basket only)
6 (if there are 6 before you take two out and all the apples in the problem as yours)
8 (if there are 6 apples in the basket after you took the two out in which case there are 8 apples in total)
100 The basket wil be empty but you'll have 100 apples!
two, that's all I took
You have 2 apples, the basket has 4.
two apples
well u would have 12 i know most people were trying to figure out what 100 - 12 was but any which way u would be rong !!( - =
You will have 2 apples but the basket will have 4 apples left in it.
4 apples left
A dozen apples is 12 apples. Here is how you solve it. 12-6+3 =6+3 =9 apples. You will get nine apples.
Four , but only if you had none to start with.
Your holding the two apples you took and there is one apple left in the fruit basket.
You have the three you took, plus any others you had before you took those three. There are two apples left in the basket where there were five only a moment earlier.
2 apples because if WE TAKE 2 apples then WE HAVE 3 apples.
