This bump could be several things. Possibilities: Tumor, abscess, cyst, or hematoma.
Another possibility could be an allergic reaction of the skin to an allergen (hives).
Any kind of lump, especially when bleeding should be looked at by a Veterinarian right away to rule out a cancerous growth.
