Unless you are being held on a totally separate criminal charge - you are probably being held for the MP's to come get you and return you to military confinement. No extradition procedures are necessary to return military prisoners to military custody.

This is no longer an issue. Gay people are permitted to join the military. You might have to be willing to say you are gay in order to get back in though, because the military probably won't like the fact that you lied to get out.

You can get chaptered out for not meeting height/weight requirements, repeated failures of PT tests, you can get an Article 115 separation for malingering/failure to adapt, you can get a medical chapter if you have or develop a medical condition which prevents you from performing your assigned functions, or you can go the criminal route, which would result in an Other-Than-Honourable or Dishonourable Discharge.
