No, not necessarly. I've found MAC, Revlon and Lloreal products to be better quality, doing friends make up for their weddings as I do it semi professionally. They seem to run out quicker as you need more of it, and don't seem to be as high quality as MAC and other makes. Rimmel London is pretty poor quality but you can't go wrong with the three I've mentioned; Avon seems to be cheaply made, not as professional and the packaging seems to look cheap to me, compared to the pleasant and professional packaging of Revlon and CalvinKlein Make up.
