Yes, although very difficult to clean. Best to use only larger ones, cut the tail section with a sturdy knife just at the point where the dorsal fin starts. then treat the tail section as you would an eel. Cut of the doral and ventral fins with scissors. Pul the tough skin off with pliers. Attempt to take a fillet off of each side carefully. This is very difficult meat to work with. You'll end up with 2 pieces of meat about the size of a large catfish nugget. There still may be a few small pin bones in there. It is very firm and white meat and freezes well. Either fry them hard or use in any fish stew or other long baking recipe.
