It has been proved according to American Health Association that hot Cheetos crunch or puffs can irritate your throat with its spicy content, and as a result can lead to a painful sore throat. The regular Cheetos are not of a sore throat trouble, except that they have more high fat content that the flaming hot Cheetos due to the saturated fat from the cheese.
