I have 3 Italian grey hounds and have owned one whipet greay hound and my mother and step dad owned a full sized grey hound and there have never been any odors other then the normal dog smell.
Greyhounds are very clean dogs and have short fur, so they often do not have the typical doggie odour. However, they are notoriously gassy, and often develop tooth problems, both of which could result in odours.
They smell no different than any other breed. With proper care there should not be any noticeable odor. I hope your not referring to Greyhound buses.
