Can only one night of INTENSE nausea and headache be a early sign of pregnancy And still continue to have mild headaches and cramping more then usual?

Cramping similar to that of menstrual cramps is… also a sign of early pregnancy, this is your uterus stretching to make room for the baby. If you have already missed your period, it would be a good idea to take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, wait a few days and take another. Before buying a test -- check out www.peeonastick.com. This site will let you know which tests are the most sensitive, and answer any questions you may have about taking the test. You should call your OB/GYN or midwife if you have more questions, they can give you more precise answers.
