I am saying this since you might end up swaping the start and run capacitors although the run capacitor is usually smaller then the start. However this swapping can be advantageous since it mean slightly increased running talk for the motor.

I would like to know your application, but here goes. If you are using this motor for an air compressor or a hydraulic unit you need to get the motor to running speed before starting to load the motor. Single phase motors start a little slower because of the capacitors and centrifugal switch in the start windings. Most air compressors are designed to allow the motor to get to running speed, however if on a hydraulic unit you may need to use a dump valve and close it once the motor has attained full speed. These motors will start loaded, but my experience is they usually burn through a lot of capacitors on start.
although this is not a chemistry question I do have an answer for you. A motor with copper bars is classified as a shaded pole motor. They are low torque motors and do not require any capacitors for run or start functions. hope that helped
