I have the exact same problems! I recently visited my ob-gyn and he confirmed that i am not pregnant. He said that i am suffering from Endometriosis. Since then, i have started on medication and these symptoms have ceased to exist!! This was my miracle!! I hope this can help you also! Endometriosis is a good answer, but not the only possibility.You could also have a tubal pregnancy. This happens when a fertilized egg attaches to your Fallopian tube on the way to the endometrium of the uterus. Tubal pregnancies can cause lots of complicatiions,some very serious.
