Swampert is primarily a physical tank, so I would suggest replacing Muddy Water and Mud Shot with Avalanche, which takes advantage of Swampert's low speed stat, and Endeavor, which allows Swampert to do some additional damage.
Solar Beam on Sceptile also is rather a bad choice without sun support from another Pokemon on the team.
You do need to change that up quite a bit for all of those Pokemon. Here are recommended moves for the Pokemon you listed.
Sceptile
-Leaf storm
-Leaf blade
-Focus blast
-Hyper Beam/Dragon pulse
Swampert
-Muddy water
-Earthquake
-Hammer arm
-Ice beam/endeavor/stone edge
