The answer depends much on the person in question. I they are over 50 then they could well be going through the menopause. However, if the person in question is around the age of 25 then they should understand that not everyone gets the same signs of pregnancy, and although leg cramps may mean nothing, so could the lack of morning sickness. It would be advisable to take a test as soon as possible.
